People constantly ask me what I want to do with my life, and I never feel like my answer is truly good enough. However, I feel like I need to put it out into the universe, and see what happens.

My ultimate dream is to have a boutique, with a twist! I want to have a little storefront, where I can sell all the things I love to make, and where people will never know what to expect to find when they walk in my door! Did I feel like crocheting scarves and make a dozen or so? Did I get an itch to use my sewing machine and made a few placemats this week? Oh… maybe I went old school and broke out my acrylic paints or oil pastels!! Maybe I have some new original canvas art for sale!! All of these items would be reasonably priced too!

The real money maker of it all would be my graphic design and web development services! The crafts are a more or less a hobby, although I would take some custom orders, the real business is the computer services!

This is my dream! This is what I truly want to be doing with my life! Now I just have to figure out how to get to that dream, how to make it a reality!

I’ve thought about getting a booth at a local market, and starting to sell my knickknacks and services there! Maybe getting a feel for the interests in the products I wanna sell! Maybe have an art swap, where artists and crafters in the area get together and can exchange or purchase art with others!! That way we can network, and I would share my boutique idea! I would love to have a section for other local artists in my future boutique!

This is truly just a dream of mine right now! All I gotta do now is fall into the money somehow!
